Common questions before you pick a plan
What happens when I run out of credits?
The agent stops spending on your behalf. Scheduled runs auto-pause; you can buy a top-up pack or wait for the next billing cycle. Everything you’ve already produced stays visible.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes — unused credits roll over for as long as your account stays active. Each renewal adds your plan’s monthly allowance on top of whatever you already have. Top-up credits also persist indefinitely.
Can I buy more credits without changing plans?
Yes. From Settings → Billing in-app, any user can buy a +50 / +200 / +1000 top-up pack as a one-time purchase. Top-ups stack on your monthly allowance and never expire while your account is active.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
From Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. You can switch between plans (changes apply immediately, prorated), cancel (takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then), and update your payment method or download invoices. No support ticket required.
Can I bring my own OpenAI / Anthropic / SerpApi keys?
Enterprise only. For the standard plans above we use our OpenRouter gateway so credit costs stay predictable and you don’t have to manage keys. Contact us for BYOK.
What if I need more than 10 workspaces or 1000 credits / month?
Agency+ ($999/mo, 5000 credits) is available via the in-app plan picker once you’re signed up, or for custom needs (SSO, dedicated Slack support, volume credits, unlimited workspaces) contact us.
