These terms govern your use of the Services provided by SyncSEO(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you’re signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at hi@syncseo.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to scrape or abuse third-party websites.
- Resell the Services without a written agency/reseller agreement.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe for vulnerabilities, or overload the infrastructure.
- Upload content that infringes IP, contains malware, or violates law.
Fees, billing, and credits
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Charges are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). The price you see at sign-up is the price you pay each cycle until you change plans.
Credits are consumed when the agent performs a chargeable action (citation probing, article generation, placement drafting, etc.). See the pricing page for per-action costs. Unused credits — both monthly-allowance and one-time top-up — roll over for as long as your account remains active. Credits do not have cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Top-up packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your balance immediately. Top-up credits stack on top of subscription credits in the same balance pool.
Cancellation and plan changes
You can cancel your subscription or switch plans at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access (and any remaining credits) until that date. We do not pro-rate cancellations on the current period. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. See the Refund policy for details on refund eligibility.
Intellectual property
You own the content your workspace produces (articles, placements, schema). SyncSEO owns the Services, the agent, and any product UI. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is”. AEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (model changes, competitor actions, content you approve). We do not guarantee citation lift or rank improvements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. We can suspend an account for material breach of these terms; we’ll email you first and give you a chance to cure the breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
