Refund policy

We want you to only pay for what’s useful. This page describes our refund terms for paid plans and credit top-up packs.

14-day money-back guarantee

For your first paid subscription invoice, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of the charge. Email hi@syncseo.io and we’ll process it within 5 business days.

Credit top-ups

One-off credit packs (+50, +200, +1000) are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been spent. Once any credits have been used after the top-up, the pack is non-refundable. We’ll handle obvious accidents (duplicate purchase, wrong pack size) in good faith — email us.

Plan upgrades and downgrades

Mid-cycle upgrades are charged a prorated amount and grant the difference between the new plan’s monthly credits and your current allowance immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle — no refund for the remainder of the current cycle, and existing credits stay in your balance.

Subscription renewals after the first cycle

After your first invoice, subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable — but we handle edge cases (double-billing, accidental renewal during account transition) in good faith. Email us if something feels wrong.
