Reading the Impact tab

What each row shows, how to filter, and how to spot wins vs noise.

The Impact tab lists every Action with the prompts it targeted, the citation movement on those prompts in the ±14d window, and an impact score. One row per Action.

Columns

  • Action — type + short label (article title, placement URL, etc.)
  • Prompts moved — count of targeted prompts whose citation rate changed
  • Δ citations — net citation delta in the window
  • Score — weighted impact, sortable
  • When — relative timestamp

Filtering

Filter by Action type, time range, and score sign (positive / negative / all). Default sort is descending by score so wins surface first.

Spotting wins vs noise

A clean win: positive score, multiple prompts moved, Δ citations aligns with the action’s intent (e.g. an article about “X vs Y” pulled in citations on alternative-comparison prompts).

Likely noise: small score, single prompt moved, no obvious relationship between action and the prompt. Treat as inconclusive — wait for more signal or correlate with other actions.
