Reading the Run outcome panel

Every completed diagnostic produces a transparent breakdown — concrete metrics + plain-language explanation of what happened and what to do next.

After every completed diagnostic the inbox shows a Run outcome panel above your opportunity cards. Same data is visible whether you ran a Quick test, Top 50, or Full corpus — the panel adapts its narrative to whichever signal dominates.

What you’ll see

  • Headline + detail — one-line plain-language interpretation of the run plus a paragraph of context.
  • Stat grid — Probed (prompts), You were cited (of probed), Competitors cited, No clear signal, Filtered out (when applicable), New opportunities (this run).

The five outcome narratives

The agent picks the most relevant story based on what your run actually produced:

  • “N new opportunities added to your inbox” — the run found gaps you don’t already have work on; cards are below.
  • “Most generated prompts didn’t pass quality filter” — usually points at a thin homepage or unclear positioning. Improving site summary, audience profile, or brand voice will produce sharper prompts on the next run.
  • “Strong baseline — you’re cited on N% of probed prompts” — you’re winning your current scope. Try Top 50 or Full corpus to find long-tail buyer questions you haven’t covered yet.
  • “All N gaps are already covered” — every prompt you weren’t cited on is already represented as an article, social draft, or open inbox card. Triage what you have, then re-run for fresh signal — or refresh prompts to surface new buyer questions.
  • “Run completed with no probes” — edge case, retry; contact support if it persists.

Why this exists

A 0-card outcome with no explanation reads like “the product did nothing for me.” The Run outcome panel makes every result legible. If you see “all gaps already covered,” you know the next move is to act on what you have, not to spend more credits running the same scope. If the quality filter rejected most prompts, you know the fix is your workspace’s positioning, not the platform.
